Return and Complaint Policy

We make every effort to ensure that shopping in our store is fully satisfying. However, if you decide to return or exchange a product, below you will find detailed information regarding the procedure, deadlines, and costs.

Returns

  • We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving the order to request a return.
  • The returned product must be new and unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

Return costs

  • Defective or incorrect product – the return is free of charge.
  • Return initiated by the customer (e.g., cancellation of purchase) – the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
  • Note: The above rule regarding return shipping costs does not apply to exchanges. Exchanges are completely free of charge.
  • We do not charge handling fees or restocking fees.

Exchange

  • We offer the possibility to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), depending on stock availability.
  • To make an exchange, contact us by email within 30 days of receiving the order: kontakt@obdarowani.com
  • The message should include the order number, product name, and the variant you want to exchange for.
  • After receiving your request, we will send you exchange instructions.
  • The product to be exchanged must be new and unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
  • The exchanged product will be sent after receiving and verifying the returned product.
  • The standard exchange processing time is up to 7 business days from the moment we receive the return shipment.

Exchange costs:

  • Refunds apply only to returns. Exchanges do not involve a refund unless the exchanged product becomes unavailable.
  • Exchanges are completely free of charge.
  • We cover the cost of return shipping to us and the shipping cost of the exchanged product to the customer.
  • We do not charge any handling fees or additional costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are made after receiving and inspecting the product.
  • Funds are returned using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund processing time is up to 7 business days.
