Return and Exchange Policy

At Obdarowani, we make every effort to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the possibility of returning or exchanging the product within 30 days of receiving the order.

Returns

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.

30 days from the date of receiving the order.

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

• be new and unused
• be in the original packaging
• include all accessories and set components

Return Costs

The cost of return depends on the reason for sending the product back.

Defective or incorrect product
The return is completely free of charge.

Return initiated by the customer (e.g., change of mind)
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

We do not charge handling fees or restocking costs.

Product Exchange

We offer the possibility of product exchange (e.g., for a different size or color), depending on availability.

To make an exchange:

• order number
• product name
• variant you want to exchange for

After receiving the request, we will send instructions on the next steps.

The product intended for exchange must be:

• new
• unused
• in the original packaging

Exchange processing time:
within 7 business days from the moment of receiving the return shipment.

Exchange Costs

Product exchange is completely free of charge.

We cover:

• cost of return shipping to our warehouse
• cost of shipping the exchanged product to the customer

We do not charge any additional fees.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Funds are refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return processing time:
within 7 business days from the moment the return is approved.
